I am very happy to be able to introduce and offer you products from Europe, which I miss here in the Dominican Republic or whose health value I have been partly convinced of for decades, in addition to my stone oven bread and pastries.
In my blog, I will always write about shopping tips, consumer protection, environmental protection and current health issues, comment on questions and explain special products in a generally understandable way.
Now you can browse, read and order directly in my shop. Many products I can also send you by bus or transport service here on the island. This is even relatively cheap and for larger orders, such. For bulk orders, I gladly accept part of the transport costs. Just connect with your friends and acquaintances in your area and order together.
Whole grain baked goods
For all baked goods you will find exact information on the ingredients. As a result, health-conscious people, diabetics and allergy sufferers can choose products that are suitable for them! Backages are 1 or 2 times a week, usually on weekends: Thursday and / or Friday. I am happy to inform you every week about the baking day and special offers and other news via Whatsapp or Email.

Not all baked goods can be made from whole grains without losing their typical character. That's why I'm offering a few specialties here that I make in a traditional way, but still try to bake them as healthily as possible.

I think anyone who left Europe for a long time or even forever misses any products that were taken for granted in their homeland. That's why I've put together a few things here in my shop that you may also miss.

Herbs / Tea / Plants
The offered herbs and plants are pulled on the Finka or on my behalf on a purely biological basis and fertilized only with compost. I do not use any pesticides.
I get the different teas from reliable sources, some of which I have known and tried for many years. They are only in organic quality, if this is expressly stated.
Health products
Here you will find a small selection of products, which I also use myself and partly also make myself. In the case of purchased products, you will always receive all the information about the ingredients that I have available. And that's always the case with my self-made products.
On my finca I started to grow topinambur biologically, which is very suitable for diabetics and my sister biologically cultivates Moringa, from which she makes tea and powder.

I love books! A good book can be bundled wisdom of centuries as well as bringing entertainment and joy. They are the foundation of every culture, since the experiences and experiences are no longer passed on by word of mouth. And at a time of mobile phones and the Internet, the unfortunately neglected form of education. For many young people, one can only feel it too clearly. It is all the more important for me to offer you a source of new and many used books.
